Osborne warns of £30bn black hole

Chancellor George Osborne has warned he will be raising income and inheritance taxes, and cutting the NHS budget if the UK votes to leave the EU.
To fill the £30bn black hole he says Brexit will create a summer emergency budget could raise in the basic rate of income tax by 2p to 22p.
However, the government introduced legislation not to raise income tax rates VAT of NI for the duration of this parliament.
