ICAEW results out

Just over 1,500 ICAEW PQs sat professional papers in March, and the results are now out.

In all, 392 students passed the professional stage at the session, with 121 passing all six papers at the first attempt.
Over half of all ICAEW students (52%) sat just one paper in March. Some 71% passed this paper, with 29% failing. Thirty-six students opted to sit four papers, and they achieved a better success rate! Some 77.8% passed all four papers, and another 17% passed three out of four. The Big 4 firms were conspicuous by their absence (almost) from the order of merit prizes. Only Deloitte of the top-tier companies got a mention.
