The public sector is going private!
The public sector is going private! Kaplan Financial has won a major contract to provide the Audit Commission with a new public audit variant of the accountancy qualification from CIPFA. Kaplan and CIPFA will now be working closely together to create the content of the new variant and new classroom support material. Courses for the expected 90 students will start at Kaplan's centres in London, Birmingham and Leeds from September 2009. CIPFA's Adrian Pulham said that this move means hundreds of students will now be obtaining the finest public sector accountancy qualification in the world – he is talking about CIPFA!
