Top accountancy trainer BPP has agreed an all-cash £304m takeover by Apollo Global, a US education group. The deal is likely to be completed by the end of July. BPP is the UK's only for-profit business college with the power to award degrees and comes two years after it rejected an approach from Carter & Carter.
