Kaplan Financial has won the major contract to provide the Audit Commission with a new public audit variant of the CIPFA qualification. CIPFA and Kaplan have been in discussions for months and from September 2009 the private college will be offering courses in London, Birmingham and Leeds. CIPFA E&T director, Adrian Pulham, said the move will see hundreds more students obtaining 'the finest public sector accountancy qualification in the world'.
