ICAEW exam results hit the streets

ICAEW candidates from Cyprus dominate the Professional Stage order of merit prizes for December's test. Students from the island achieved first, third, fourth and fifth highest average marks at the sitting.
In all a total of 3,798 ACA PQs sat the December session. Some 7,506 papers were attempted in total with 2,791 students passing all the papers they took.
December 2011 Professional Paper pass rates: Business Strategy – 85.5%; Financial Reporting – 73.4%; Financial Accounting – 85.3%; Audit & Assurance – 86%; Taxation – 86.3%; Financial Management – 84.8%.
