Buckingham suspends accreditations

The University of Buckingham has suspended accreditation for courses at a Ugandan university in response to proposed legislation against homosexuality, says the BBC.
Buckingham became increasingly concerned about the proposed anti-gay bill and its 'constraints on freedom of speech'.
The courses at Victoria University in Kampala include accounting, journalism, computing and business management.
