Consultants under pressure

Recruitment consultants are really feeling the pressure of this latest recession. The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has found that 20% of consultants have been the victim of verbal abuse. They are also being pressurised to put forward candidates for jobs they aren’t necessarily suite to.
