Rules of Kaplan Competitions in PQ Magazine

The competition will run until the competition deadline advertised in the magazine. Kaplan and PQ magazine reserve the right not to give away any prize if no winner is found. Winners will be notified by email within 72 hours of the competition closing date. Incomplete entries and those received after 23.59pm on the Thursday 3rd September 2009 will not be accepted. The prize will be send by recorded delivery Kaplan Financial Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen prizes. Of the correctly completed entries, the winner will be selected by an independent adjudicator at random on Friday 4th of September 2009. Unless otherwise stated in the magazine, there is only one prize per competition and all prizes are offered in good faith. It is recognised that at times genuine mistakes can occur. If a mistake has occurred, then Kaplan, in its sole discretion will award the prize to the person(s) who in their view was the original winner of the competition. For prizes which are events run by a third party organisation, at the end of the competition the liability passes from Kaplan to the third party for the deliverance of the prize offered. If the sponsor or third party thereafter cannot deliver the product or prize due to liquidation or similar, Kaplan and PQ magazine ARE NOT liable for its provision.

Employees PQ magazine or any co-sponsors of the competition, their respective group companies and relatives are not eligible to enter this competition.

Kaplan Financial Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend these rules at any time and to suspend the competition or cancel the competition at any time.

Kaplan cannot be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by readers attempting to enter competitions.

Unless otherwise stated in the magazine there is no cash alternative to the advertised prizes and any prize is strictly non-transferable.

By entering competitions all entrants agree to the use of their name, employer name, photo and study details to be used in publicity, magazine promotion and by any means deemed fit for the purpose of promotion of Kaplan and or PQ magazine.

Copyright of any photographs or images or publications of winners remains the property of Kaplan throughout the world.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding competitions. Kaplan's decision is final.

If the rules to competitions have been broken or the answer has been revealed to contestants by any third party, the prize may be withdrawn.

Any entrant entering competitions who gives false or misleading information will be disqualified and any prizes won will be withdrawn. This includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone numbers and details of previously won prizes.

We endeavour to send out all prizes within 28 days of the win, or within 48 hours of an event occurring. This is subject to change at our discretion.

The prize is for the August 2009 competition is for the England vs. Croatia entrance tickets (2) only. Any other associated costs are the responsibility of the winner (not Kaplan).
