Rules of Kaplan Competitions in PQ Magazine |

These rules apply for all competitions held in association with Kaplan Financial Ltd and PQ magazine. |
Unless otherwise stated in the magazine entrants can enter each monthly competition only once.
Unless otherwise stated in the magazine all entrants must be over 17 years of age.
Unless otherwise stated in the magazine only one prize per competition is allocated.
The competition will run until the competition deadline advertised in the magazine. Kaplan and PQ magazine reserve the right not to give away any prize if no winner is found. Winners will usually be notified by email within 72 hours of the competition closing date. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. The prize will be sent by Kaplan Financial Ltd. Kaplan Financial Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen prizes.
Of the correctly completed entries, the winner of the February 2010 issue competition will be selected by an independent Kaplan employee at random on 20th February 2010.
To enter the February 2010 competition entrants must be in possession of a full, unexpired driving license.
Unless otherwise stated in the magazine, there is only one prize per competition and all prizes are offered in good faith. It is recognised that at times genuine mistakes can occur. If a mistake has occurred, then Kaplan, in its sole discretion will award the prize to the person(s) who in their view was the original winner of the competition. When instances like this occur, Kaplan will provide the runner up with a prize value not exceeding 25% of the value of the advertised prize.
For prizes which are events run by a third party organisation, at the end of the competition the liability passes from Kaplan to the third party for the deliverance of the prize offered. If the sponsor or third party thereafter cannot deliver the product or prize due to liquidation or similar, Kaplan and PQ magazine ARE NOT liable for its provision.
Employees PQ magazine or any co-sponsors of the competition, their respective group companies and relatives are not eligible to enter this competition.
Kaplan Financial Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend these rules at any time and to suspend the competition or cancel the competition at any time.
Kaplan cannot be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by readers attempting to enter competitions.
Unless otherwise stated in the magazine there is no cash alternative to the advertised prizes and any prize is strictly non-transferable.
By entering competitions all entrants agree to the use of their name, employer name, photo and study details to be used in publicity, magazine promotion and by any means deemed fit for the purpose of promotion of Kaplan and or PQ magazine.
Copyright of any photographs or images or publications of winners remains the property of Kaplan throughout the world.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding competitions. Kaplan's decision is final.
If the rules to competitions have been broken or the answer has been revealed to contestants by any third party, the prize may be withdrawn.
Any entrant entering competitions who gives false or misleading information will be disqualified and any prizes won will be withdrawn. This includes, but is not limited to, name, address, telephone numbers and details of previously won prizes.
We endeavour to send out all prizes within 28 days of the win, or within 48 hours of an event occurring. This is subject to change at our discretion.
The prize is for the February 2010 competition and is for the Driving Experience at Silverstone only. Entrants will be responsible for the cost of travel to and from the Silverstone circuit. Any other associated costs are the responsibility of the winner (not Kaplan).
Kaplan and PQ magazine reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any updates will be displayed here on the website.
