CIMA exams - more timely comments please

Why can’t CIMA release the examiners feedback earlier, its students want to know.

CIMA students sat the last set of exams in mid/late November 2009. Those sitting Strategic level and TOPCIMA received their results on 14th January and Managerial students on 21st. But where are the examiners comments? Still gathering dust where no-one can see them! Why are they released some 3 months after the exams? The changeover of syllabuses means that the comments have even less relevance than normal. Why are CIMA bothering to release them at all?, asked one PQ. “They are acient history and of no use top man nor beast.” They have to be released on the same day as the results said a group of students PQ spoke to – “that is the only logical way of doing it,” said another PQ. But CIMA don’t appear to be listening to the logic. They have always done it one way, but surely it is time for them to think strategically!
