What do CIMA's get?

The average UK salary for a CIMA PQ studying the final strategic level now stands at £42,515, according to the latest institute salary insight.
Management level CIMA PQs can expect a salary of £34,453 and at Operational level the average pay packet is now £32,250.
This all adds up to give the CIMA student average salary of £35,909 in the UK. You can add a 7% bonus to this of £3,197, bring the total annual pay to £37,708.
Newly qualified CIMA members are earning on average £58,885. This includes an 8% bonus of £5,473.
If you want to be working in the industry with the highest salaries then you need to be working in the banking and legal sectors. That said the sector that are experiencing the biggest pay rises are ICT, technology and telecoms.
The average salary for members working UK was £68,328.
Interestingly, CIMA members are 30% more satisfied than students with their salary.
